The central location makes it convenient for exploring all the treasures of the city. The staff were helpful, responding promptly to requests for amenities like a kettle, and maintaining super clean public areas. Breakfast offered good variety. A commendable experience!

The location is superb, cafes, and the cathedral. Staff consistently displayed warmth and friendliness, contributing to a cute atmosphere. Breakfast featured an excellent variety of homemade Majorcan products. While the spa area was functional, it could benefit from some upgrades to make it more luxurious. Although the room was clean, the lack of a balcony limited outdoor enjoyment, and noise from nearby streets was occasionally bothersome.

The hotel is excellent, helpful staff, comfortable beds and stylish rooms. The buffet breakfast is very nice. Easy to navigate location if you would rather be right in town and not at a beach.
